Just like with gasoline you round it up at the moment the item has been sold, not when you declare its price but the question was about the price not "for how much one bought a cork... etc.".

if person 1 puts 20 dollars into a box, and then person 2 puts 20 dollars in the box as well. Then if person 1 sold the box to person 2 for 40 dollars, they would have equal gain. true or false? and why?
