I need some clarification. If you have garrison rights in another player's town, that extends to ships, right?

I was wondering because P-DES and -A- seem to be at war on Eldeos 44:33 and channapril and taylay from P-DES have requested to use Abydos and its port to attack -A- players on the island. I would just let them occupy the port and town, but I need the port open so I can ship out marble.

I don't see why not. It should allow ships to go and be stationed.

I asked them to send me a garrison rights agreement, but they say their war is almost over. I don't care if it's almost over! I need the port now! Abydos has already run out of wine and they're rioting now!
